Complimentary period care products are now available for free for all Target Center events

WNBA team the Minnesota Lynx and organic feminine care brand Lola announced a partnership offering free feminine care products at Target Center. Complimentary Lola products are now available for free for all Target Center events, marking the first time the arena will provide feminine care products free to Target Center patrons. “Prioritizing women’s health and health equity, reducing barriers to access and destigmatizing the conversation around women’s periods are foundational values of the Lynx,” says Lynx president of business operations Carley Knox. “Lola is committed to these same values, and we are excited to provide free and accessible feminine care to not only Lynx fans, but all Target Center guests.” “We’re proud to partner with the Minnesota Lynx and Target Center to make period care freely available to all guests,” says Kelly Murphy, GM of Lola. “At Lola, we believe access to clean, high-quality period products is fundamental to true health equity. By showing up for fans and young athletes alike, this partnership helps normalize the conversation around periods and addresses a real obstacle to participation—on and off the court.” Focused on reducing barriers to free feminine care, the partnership will also support local youth through community programming, recognizing that menstrual cycles and access to feminine care can be a barrier to sports participation. Lola and the Timberwolves & Lynx Basketball Academy will host free basketball clinics throughout the Lynx season and participants will receive complimentary Lola products. Lola will also be partnering with the Lynx for a special back-to-school shopping event at Target with local youth in August.
